Chinwe Anyanwu, DO, MPH

Dr. Chinwe Anyanwu is a dedicated Emergency Medicine Resident Physician, entering her 3rd year at Baylor All Saints Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the UT Health Science Center at Houston. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Houston, Anyanwu has a comprehensive educational background.

Her expertise includes advanced medical resuscitation, clinical science, and community organization, with a focus on improving quality of life through leadership and service. She has received multiple accolades, such as the Morale and Citizenship Award and the Patient Institute’s Physician-in-Training Professionalism & Leadership Award. Recognized for her excellence, she is a member of Omega Beta Iota and Sigma Sigma Phi honor societies.

Dr. Anyanwu is actively involved in professional organizations like the Emergency Medicine Residents Association and the Foundations of Emergency Medicine, where she currently serves at the Resident Advocacy Director. She has gained a considerable amount of valuable experience throughout her early career and aims to accomplish much more in the future. Passionate about leadership, health policy, and political advocacy, she is committed to advancing the fields of emergency medicine and public health.

Michael Baillio, DO, FACEP

Dr. Michael Baillio is a board-certified emergency physician with a robust educational and professional background. He completed his residency at the University of Texas at San Antonio's Department of Emergency Medicine, following his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020, where he was a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society. He also holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Texas State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Dr. Baillio has demonstrated significant leadership in various organizations, including the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association and the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine. He has held roles such as Vice Chair of the Student Initiative in Medical Simulation Committee and Resident Chair of the Faculty Development Committee. His experience extends to clinical operations and medical education, where he has contributed to publications and presentations on emergency medicine topics.

Currently, Dr. Baillio serves as an Emergency Medicine Physician with Team Health, Concord Medical Group, and Complete Care. He currently serves as co-director of Trauma at Texas Health Cleburne and will take on the role of sole Trauma Medical Director in October. In addition, Dr. Baillio is an active member on the Emergency Medicine Clinical Operations committee for Team Health. His dedication to physician leadership and administration underscores his commitment to advancing emergency medicine practices and education.

Lydia Bennett, MD

Dr. Lydia Bennett, an Emergency Medicine resident at the University of Missouri, received her M.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Alabama. She has served as a Program Representative in the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association, leading efforts in resident advocacy and communication. Dr. Bennett also spearheaded the POCUS Curriculum Design at the University of Missouri, promoting ultrasound education among students and residents. Now she is moving to Texas to become the newest Health Policy & Advocacy Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine.

Her commitment to leadership extends to roles such as Resident Wellness Coordinator and Ultrasound Interest Group Resident Instructor. Dr. Bennett's involvement spans committees like the Sunset Committee at EMRA and the Nurse-Resident Communication Council at University Hospital, focusing on policy review and healthcare communication improvement. She has presented on topics ranging from pediatric emergencies to health policy and has been recognized with awards including the Bill Jermyn MOCEP Advocacy Grant and the Eric Steichen Award for organizational dedication.

Joshua Farnsworth, MD

Dr. Joshua Farnsworth is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX, with an expected graduation in 2025. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Dell Medical School and earned his MD from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He holds a BS and AS in Nursing from Southern Adventist University, both Magna Cum Laude.

Dr. Farnsworth currently serves as an attending physician in the emergency departments of Ascension Seton Williamson County and North Austin Medical Center. His past experience includes roles as a registered nurse specializing in neurology and telemetry med-surg.

Recognized for his leadership, he has been involved with various professional societies and has served in roles such as Chairman of the Community Service Committee at UT Austin’s Emergency Medicine residency program and Co-Director of the Healthy Neighborhoods Project during his time in medical school. His research contributions include studies on neonatal fever, clinical communication, and trauma-related hemothorax.

Dr. Farnsworth has been honored with the Gold Humanism Honor Society award and the Dean’s Leadership Award. He is actively involved in medical education, regional presentations, and community service initiatives.

Robert Mohr, MD

Dr. Robert Mohr is a board-certified emergency physician who graduated from residency in 2017 and has practiced medicine in a variety of settings from rural critical access hospitals to Level I trauma centers. Dr. Mohr has done so as both an associate professor within a prestigious east coast medical university, as well as out in the “community”.

Dr Mohr served honorably in the U.S. Army where he conducted combat operations in two theaters of operations including Afghanistan and South/Central America. He has participated in combat patrols and practiced medicine in some of the most remote, hostile, and austere conditions in the world.

He currently spends his time working at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo as well as locum tenens throughout Texas. He is the Chair of the Locum Tenens Section for the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.

His professional passion is the promotion of physician autonomy and restoration of the doctor patient relationship. He is the brand-new father of a baby girl as well as partner to his wife Irina.

Stephanie Onyechi, MD

Dr. Stephanie Onyechi is a dedicated emergency medicine resident at Baylor College of Medicine, having earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas School of Medicine in 2022. Her academic journey includes a Postbaccalaureate Premedical Certificate from Keck Graduate Institute and a B.S Ed in Health Science from Baylor University.

Her professional experience spans roles at Frontline Medical Communications, where she authored reviews on neurology clinical studies, and as a Surgical Scribe at Scribe America, where she supported orthopedic surgeons with clinical and surgical notes. As a Project Manager at Scribe America, Dr. Onyechi implemented scribe programs nationwide in various medical specialties.

Outside academia, she has been actively involved in leadership roles, including serving as Co-Chair of the Student Government Association and as a Founding Member of the Ben Taub Community Advisory Board. Dr. Onyechi has also been committed to community service through initiatives like the Student Run Clinic and various health awareness campaigns in underserved communities.

Her research contributions include studies on the impact of trauma on mental health and presentations on topics such as COVID-19 education and metabolic syndrome. Dr. Onyechi is affiliated with professional organizations like the American College of Emergency Physicians and has received awards for her contributions to public health and community service.

Robert Rosillo, MD, FACEP

Dr. Robert Rosillo, a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and Fellow of the American College of Emergency Medicine, completed his MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He pursued his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, where he was elected chief resident, and then completed an Administrative Fellowship at Baylor, JPS, and Parkland hospitals. 

Dr. Rosillo has held numerous leadership roles, including medical director and regional director at various hospitals within Baylor Scott and White and currently in Common Spirit Health in Houston. He has served as Chair of Quality at CHI St. Luke’s Patient’s Medical Center and Chief of Staff at BSW Marble Falls and Llano. His affiliations include roles at Baylor University Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital, and Baylor Scott & White hospitals across Texas.

An active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and Texas College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Rosillo is committed to emergency medicine excellence and leadership. He is also pursuing a healthcare leadership MBA through the University of Texas.
