• Refer your patient to a drive-thru screening location

As I look back over the past 7 months, I think about how much our lives as emergency physicians have changed. Who would have thought we would be fighting a virus, public misinformation, conspiracy theories, and pay reduction. We have smoothly transitioned into practicing in an environment where PPE is mandatory but in short supply. An environment where initially bringing your own PPE could result in disciplinary action for some. TCEP has worked tirelessly to address all of these issues and lobbied heavily ...

TCEP Legislative Update - September 2020

  1. From an existing email thread: Scroll to the bottom of the email, above the blue bar, you’ll see 4 links. Click on Create New Subject Thread. It will open a new email in your email client and populate the community’s email address: [email protected]
  2. Start a new email and sent to: [email protected]
  3. Log in to engagED at https://engaged.acep.org/home and click on Post a Message. Select Texas College of Emergency Physicians from the To: dropdown. The rest should be straightforward.
