| TCEP James E. Hayes Award | 2004 | COMMENTS AND REFLECTIONSI had the distinct pleasure of being the President of TCEP when House Bill 4 became the law of the (Texas) land, bringing professional liability reform to a beleaguered medical professional. TCEP was active in the fight for reform, and I am proud to have been a part of that effort. I have no "parting thoughts" yet, because I hope to remain involved and active for many years to come. |
